Puppy Update Two
Sasha got her Get Out of Jail Free card. Her leg got x-rayed and the break is completely healed. Good thing -- we were all going a little nuts (us and the dog). Ever tried to keep a border collie sedated for 6 weeks? I don't recommend it.
We are back to morning walks and as soon as Sasha got to exercise, her disposition and training all returned (and she had truly lost both - becoming bored, bitey, and mis-behaving badly).
Happiness.
But we can't much leave well enough alone. The household had been back to normal for three days and what did we do? We drove to Eastern Washington (Don't ask - we live the Seattle Metro area and drove three hours for Sasha, too) and got Nixie - an 8 week old Golden Retriever pup.
